When might I need a private in-home care?

1- You or a loved one needs help immediately after hospital discharge, illness, or a sudden health decline and can't wait for government assessments or package approvals.
2. You're approved for a Home Care Package but it hasn’t started yet, private care can fill the gap.
3. You're still going through the My Aged Care process and need support in the meantime.
4. You want to choose your own carers, schedule visits that suit you, and change your services as needed without being limited by a government package.
5. You need temporary care during recovery, respite while a family carer is away, or help just a few hours a week without committing to a long-term package.
6. Your current government-funded services aren’t meeting your full needs you can top up with private care.

How quickly can services begin once I decide to proceed?

Once the care plan is finalised and agreements are signed, we can typically commence services very quickly, often within 24 - 48 hrs, depending on the complexity of the care required and carer availability. We understand that sometimes care needs are urgent.

Do I need a doctor's referral to use your services?

No, a doctor's referral is not required to engage our services. You can contact us directly to discuss your needs and arrange a consultation.

We also monitor chronic conditions such as diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and heart conditions. Additionally, we provide palliative care, post-surgery recovery support, personal care including bathing, toileting, and dressing, as well as assistance with meal preparation, mobility, transport, social outing and wellness support.
