Yes, a comprehensive in-home assessment is a crucial step. This allows our nurse coordinator to understand your unique needs, preferences, living environment, and any medical conditions. Our services include, but are not limited to, wound care, medication management, catheter care, and injections. We also monitor chronic conditions such as diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, and heart conditions. Additionally, we provide palliative care, post-surgery recovery support, personal care including bathing, toileting, and dressing, as well as assistance with meal preparation, mobility, transport, social outing and wellness support.
